Interesting Facts about the actor Sir Christopher Lee
His mother was an Italian contessa, and through her Lee descended from Emperor Charlemagne of the Holy Roman Empire and was related to Robert E. Lee, the Confederate general.
At age 17, he saw the death of the murderer Eugen Weidmann in Paris, the last person in France to be publicly executed by guillotine.
He spoke 7 languages.
He was a Special Operations Executive in World War 2 and his war record is still sealed. This group became known as the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
Speaking both French and Italian, Lee spent his time after World War II hunting Nazis with the Central Registry of War Criminals and Security Suspects until he decided to give acting a try at age 25.
He was a cousin to Ian Fleming who is thought to have used Lee as his model to create James Bond.
He was the only member of the cast of “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy who met author J.R.R. Tolkien.

He was made a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 2009.
At 90, he released a heavy metal album making him the oldest ever heavy metal singer.

Despite everything you’ve heard about the “six degrees of Kevin Bacon,” Christopher Lee was recognized as being the most connected actor in the world in 2008, again by Guinness. He connects to virtually any actor in 2.59 steps, beating Bacon.
There is still room in the WPM Class coming up in February. This class will be very beneficial to anyone who is interested in having a very comprehensive understanding of how the IPPC/ISPM 15 program operates in the U.S. We hope many TP clients will take advantage of this class being offered.

There are countries not on this list that are enforcing ISPM-15 without any published regulation. It is recommended to use ISPM-15 compliant wood packaging regardless of international destination.

General Itinerary: Lunch will be provided on both days of class
Tuesday 8am - 4pm: We will start with an overview of TP and ALSC. We will then review wood packaging basics and begin ISPM 15 training.
Wednesday 8am - 4pm: We will complete ISPM 15 training and discuss mark maintenance, quality assurance processes and how to handle non-conformances..
